SELinux for Replicant

Could anyone advise on the status of SELinux in Replicant 4.2 0003?

Is it permissive/enforcing?

Neither permissive nor enforcing, because there is no SELinux implemented in Replicant 4.2.
The last hope to get this nice security feature in 4.2, (based on CM 10.1) was set to "abandoned" this year: http://review.cyanogenmod.org/#/c/45827/
