One that would be close to orgmode

(Simpletask Cloudless uses a simple todo.txt in the background).
But you probably mean something like this

You're able to create calendar reminders for specific tasks directly from the (Simpletask Cloudless) app.

I looked on fdroid, there are many applications for managing tasks (todo) and taking notes (sorry for the unreadable "totale notes")

For task management, there is also Mirakel which seems to have most of what I am looking for, to be compared with MobileOrg.
