Does the model number affect whether Replicant will run?

I have a Galaxy S3, but rather than the Galaxy S3 I93xx listed in the Replicant files, it's a Galaxy S3 SCH-i535. Does this matter?

I would not expect Replicant to run on such a device. LineageOS has separate downloads for the i9300 [1] and the SCH-i535 [2], and they use completely different SoC's [3] [4].
