I was told that https://android-rebuilds.beuc.net/ rebuilds the SDK, and the NDK and it's free software (it has no EULA and so on).

In the replicant.us website, we could probably add a link to a page explaining why this specific SDK is a good choice, and what are the issues with Google's SDK.
